Accounts and conduct
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service, violate others’ rights, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Music and creator uploads
Music remains owned by its rights holders. Access or purchase is for personal listening and does not transfer copyright or allow redistribution. Creators must have the rights and permissions needed for every upload. Creators keep ownership and allow WEMIXX to host, encode, display, stream, and promote their content to operate the service. WEMIXX may remove content or restrict accounts for rights, safety, or legal reasons.
Purchases and creator earnings
A phone number submitted at checkout creates a manual payment request; it is not a charge or proof of payment. Music access follows payment confirmation. For completed sales, WEMIXX currently keeps a 30% commission and credits 70% to the creator. Withdrawals depend on available balance and review. Contact support about an order or balance issue.
Availability and account deletion
Features and music may change or be interrupted. We may update these Terms and show material changes in the app. You may stop using WEMIXX and request account deletion through your profile. Never send your password or verification code to support.
